Ingredience
- Tofu 1pk
- Egg 1
- Onion 1
- Chives (obtain from Asian mart) otherwise substitute with spring onion.
- Bread Crumbs ("Panko") 1/4 cup
- Dumpling wrapper
- Ginger 1/2 ounce
- Garlic 4 - 6 piece
- Canola oil 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
3.Stir-fry 2. all together 1/2 -1 tbsp canola oil,
until it get slightly brown.
3-1.While frying, Break up the Tofu and put in the bowl Then, Heat up 2-3 min in the microwave, so that water comes out Then, Remove water from bowl
3-2.On the towel, Put the paper towel, Then crumbled tofu,
3-4.Then, put another paper towel on the tofu
3-5.On that, put a cutting board, and press
4.After 3-0. cooled down, put panko, egg in a cooking bowl, and add crumbled up, dry tofu.
Mix up.
If you are allergic, skip egg. But egg is working for easier assembly.
then lets make the dumpling shape! Put a tea spoonful of 4 at the center of wrapper,
then put water on the half of circumference, fold wrapper to half,
put water to the outside of the circumference again,
then fold 5-7 times to zip up.

6. Fry. Put a table spoonful of sesame oil on pan, heat up with strong fire.
Put 5. in the pan and fry 30 sec.
Then pour 1-2 table spoonful of water in the pan and IMMEDIATELY put a lid on the pan.
This way, dumpling can be fryed at the same time steamed.
Leave the lid and pan and fry until meat cooks (2-5 min) then serve!
